This web site is written primarily for my own entertainment. But if you have comments you think would improve it please let me know!

Because I access the web from a large number of different machines (Mom's computer, my laptop, the office computer (TANSTAAFL), UAF library computers, UAA library computers, Geology lab computers, Mike's computer (when in Anchorage), Scott's computer, Valdez library computer,,, is that enough? I can list a few more if you like!) I keep a listing of links I like to visit on here, so I'll always have access to them. You might call this a 'Favorites' page. Because I don't review this very often, you will find obsolete links.
This web page first created in May, 1995. Major upgrade done over
the summer, and activated in September 1995. In the fall of 1997 the
machine this was on was dismantled, so this web site resided on my home
computer with no links to the web. In the summer of 1998 I
rebuilt/verified all the files and by early June had it back on the
web.
A partial review was done in the spring of 1999, with re-writes to this
page and the schooling page primarily. A more complete review was done
in January-August 2003, where every page was re-read and many updated.
Also my web pages has been spread across 3 different web sites, because
the size was exceeding that allowed on several machines. In the
spring of 2007 it was brought back under a single web page that resides
on a friend's computer (thanks, Matt!)
